Organize to return the product. Customers to pay return freight charges. Reasonable freight charges will be reimbursed should the product be deemed faulty upon inspection at our warehouse.
Receive a refund of the product's purchase price as long as the goods are in original packaging, haven't been installed or energized, and are in a saleable condition (excluding initial delivery charges and a restocking fee*).

Contact us directly by phone or by contact us form to discuss your claim.
After you have received authorization to return,
Post back the product.
We will return the product to the manufacturer and either refund or replace the item as per your instructions.

• End-of-Life, Clearance, and Discontinued Products: Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to products that are labeled or designated as "end-of-life," "discontinued," "Clearance," or any similar terminology that signifies the product is no longer being manufactured, supported, or sold by our company.
• Discretionary Exclusions: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to exclude certain products or product categories from our 60-day Money-Back Guarantee due to factors such as limited availability, special promotions, or other circumstances that may affect our ability to offer a refund or replacement for the product.
• Other Terms and Conditions: The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is subject to our standard terms and conditions, including but not limited to our returns and refund policies. The guarantee only applies to purchases made directly through our official sales channels and is not transferable to subsequent owners or users of the product.
• Modification or Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee at any time, without prior notice, and at our sole discretion.

Cancelled Orders

Cancelled orders paid online by Stripe payment will have a 10% handling fee deducted from the purchase amount before refund.

Return Policy

To qualify to return an item under this policy, products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be installed or damaged in any way by the customer when the item is in the customer's possession. Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, all products sold at NES Electricals can be returned for change of mind purposes under this policy. Where a product listing specifically states that the product cannot be returned under this policy (usually due to a special order), then no returns for change of mind will be permitted.
