  • Pick Up: Available for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our location at no additional charge.

Additional Charges

Additional shipping charges may apply based on the following factors:

  • Bulky or Heavy Items: Items that are large or heavy may incur extra shipping fees.
  • Non-standard Courier Serviced Locations: Areas that are not covered by standard courier services may attract additional costs.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or regional areas, such as WA, NT, TAS, and some non-metro regions, may be subject to extra charges.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for certain items that do not fit into standard Australia Post Regular Satchels. For items requiring special handling, please select the applicable surcharge on the product pages. If additional shipping charges are necessary, we will notify you after your order is placed. You may choose to accept the additional charges or cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery Process

  • Couriers: We use Australia Post as our primary delivery partner. Please note that couriers typically do not call before or at the time of delivery.
  • Delivery Instructions: If you have specific delivery instructions, please provide them at checkout. If no instructions are given, a calling card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest depot. A second delivery attempt will be at the customer’s expense.

Order Fulfillment

All orders must be placed online through our website. To ensure quick processing and dispatch, please place your order online before visiting our store. We will notify you once your order is ready for dispatch and provide any relevant details regarding your shipment.
